The N-audio programmable effects switching system is an electronic device used to select and switch between different guitar or bass effects/loops. It is based on a microcontroller with а built-in flash memory, which can store user-defined presets. Switching is implemented with the help of relays, which allow for true bypass switching on the way of the signal from the passive input to the amp-out output. The device allows for switching up to 12 user-defined presets using different effects from the effect chain. With the push of a button you can switch between 0-6 effects working simultaneously, in the order in which they are connected to the controller.

Software operation:
- Two different preset banks: А and B which can store up to six different presets for 12 presets in total. Additional Free mode in which the foot controller can be used as a simple effect switch – each button turns different effect on and off.
- One button easy and fast programming.
- When turned off and on again, the foot controller loads the last preset used.
- All presets are stored in the flash memory of the microcontroller.
