N-audio Power Box is a universal power supply for stompboxes. This power supply unit is based on a custom transformer and gives you 5 independent galvanically isolated output groups. Each group can supply 2 pedals (10 pedals in total). There are eight 9VDC, one 12V and one 18V filtered and stabilized outputs.
Each output group can feed up to 200mA. This adds up to a total of 100mA for each output!
Due to the galvanically isolated groups, N-audio Powerbox guarantees a significant decrease of noise and ground loop problems. Additionally, thanks to the galvanic isolation, you can use it for supplying pedals that require negative power supply(-9, -12 or -18V), for instance fuzz faces, germanium boosters, some octavers and others.
N-audio Powerbox is designed to work on 220VAC mains, but it can be configured for 110VAC (USA standard).
Also you can get, free of charge, powerbox reconfigured with a 9VDC group converted to a 12VDC group.
N-audio Power Box unit is delivered in an elegant box along with 220VAC PC cable with an EU socket and a set of 14 cables, namely:
- eight standard black power cords, 50cm length
- two standard blue and red power cords, 35cm length
- one cable with a 3.5mm mono mini jack for Electroharmonics style supply, 35cm length
- three reverse polarity cord extensions, 15cm length. By connecting two of them in series, you can extend a standard cord with 30cm.
